This transaction mean anything?

When you send transactions with many of the open-source desktop clients derived from it, the software adds a memo indicating which version was used. It breaks down as follows:

rt1.4.3-13-g582a3a5

"rt" stands for Ripple Trade, the web client that started doing this first. Nowadays, a bunch of desktop clients add "rt"

"1.4.3" is almost certainly the version number

"13" is the probably build number

"g582a3a5" is most likely the (short version) hash of the Git commit that was built. Doesn't look like that's one of the commits to ripple/ripple-client though.

 

So yeah, I don't think you're going to glean much else from that memo.
