    Honestly, the idea that you have to guess what's going on with a company, holding now several million maybe billions of dollars now.... Is irresponsible. All I ever wanted was transparency, simple explanation of the problem with deadlines, how it happened and why it happened. Still waiting for an official answer, on when is this getting taken care of.

    also still waiting for a response from him or their support staff. its almost been a week for me too.

    I've tried to make a new wallet out of the secret code from my watch only wallet and it created a new ripple address, it supposed be the same as the send only wallet... leads me to believe, the secret key is the issue that was set my Gatehub. Basically, trapping the user to keeping the money there and not being able to move it.

    As i read more and see how ripple works, i had one question... I see a ton of individuals on this forum and others reporting very similar issues. I think i've figured out the problem. There only could be one... but it seems like everyone is in conjunction. Is there a Problem of the Gatehub system messing up the secret key when establishing the account? Please be transparent.

    Thats the same problem I had, it stated I had a watch only wallet which I haven't been able to access for more then a month.

    Also i received this when i tried to use theworkexchange.net. Submitted with result: Auth for unclaimed account needs correct master key. See Details... Check Account History to confirm successful transaction.

    Thats what i'm thinking too, i have the address and the secret but i cant move it. that didn't make sense to me. can you elaborate on the Rippex or theworldexchange.net?

    it's frustrating with this issue. As of right now i'm trying to see what the community has to say with issue. If there is anything i can personally do.

    I'm having a bit of trouble moving the XRP from my wallet which seems to be a watch-only wallet. Anyway to enable, modify, or transfer the funds from the account? I've looked around i just don't understand how this is a watch-only wallet.

    Does anyone have suggestion how to fix the issue? I've read everything I could about moving the funds with the secret code but it's all out of wack. I've tried resolving this is issue but there doesn't seem to be a solution. I just want to be able to finally move the XRP.
