Guest Kaze
Tonight I logged into gatehub and my ripple wallet was listed as 0 for over 10 minutes. I checked every tab, no transaction history to show why this happened. i checked explorer and it showed my balance so I was relieved. Why did this happen? What's up with gatehub? nikb
This is the kind of question you should be asking Gatehub support directly. While it's possible that they will see your post here and answer, isn't it better to ask them the question directly? My guess is that they experienced connectivity issues, and were unable to query the balance in real time from the Ripple network, and the failure "bubbled up" the call stack as a zero balance. Let me repeat that this is only a guess as I am not familiar with how Gatehub interacts with the Ripple network or how Gatehub's software is written. karlos and enej

Hi Kaze, we had some problems with our public rippled (to which wallet client is connecting) but our team is on it and will be resolved soon if it's not already. Sometimes it helps by simply refreshing the page. Everything seems to be working for me at the moment but please let us know if this continues. Thanks, Enej karlos and tomb
tomb
I have had this problem with gatehub and ripple trade before. To fix I just make a small buy (like 0.5 xrp) and it will fix it if a refresh does not work.
opticyellow
I'm wondering why the number of my XRP wallet keeps changing drastically. It was up past 1100 XRP, then fell to 840, then down to 555. I understand the value of XRP in relation to USD changing as XRPs value fluctuates, but why the actual number of pieces of XRP if no new transactions have been made? Thanks, Enej Dear Enej, Could you kindly please follow up on my request with Gatehub (Ticket ID # 364487) which has received no reply for several weeks now. I have been locked out of my account's 2FA due to changing mobile devices and have really needed access to my account. A reply and assistance from Gatehub would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly in advance.
