Recommended Posts

Hi,

I'm a new user of Gatehub I've been depositing BTC several times to convert them to Xrp with no issues.

This morning I did to deposits the second one much bigger than the first has 28 confirmations..

It's not yet in my wallet.

I mailed them

Here is the transaction

https://blockexplorer.com/tx/dab794288a07a411861109ea8d4c08c7ad0bce05b51ad9b0b7262c0488ecea8d

What you suggest me to do??

Are they good people?

It cost so much time to get this money so I can buy my Xrp and now I'm frustrated and scared

Thanks for the help
I thought it was a nice forum but as I see the people are only interested on the price of Xrp

This was an absolutely fantastic forum and to some extent still is. The price increase made some rich and others missed the boat (or not) and just want to promote themselves.

Very few left having the knowledge and willing to help and they are not always available.

Please somebody can help me

First of all, clam down. If you were to read our fantastic forum, you would find many with this problem. The issue is time. Dunno if you know or not but BTC is the dinosaur of Crypto and so takes 3 hours at times to transfer. Then you add Gatehub lag on top of that and you are looking at 24 hours in some cases.  Give it up to two day and keep checking, but till then, there are no issues except that GH is slow.

Hint, knocking the tech guys in a forum that you are begging for help in, may not lead to an answer. Most of us have a job and do not live in Social Land.

One more thing that I found with Changelly. I did a transfer which was 48 hours ago. The website still says "payment not received" however what I found was that the payment to my wallet actually occurred within minutes of my transfer. So they have a disconnect between the front end programming of the website and their Crypt Coin API. THat translates to "There is no human available to click the button" :) So check your physical wallet for proof before you check the website transactions. Just in case. Finally, the confirmations have nothing to do with it. Just be patient. Far as I know there is no history of theft with GH, but there is strong history of wallets being compromised. ABSOLUTELY enable TWO FACTOR security. If you do not, your wallet will be compromised and they will log in with your username and password to do it. Be careful.

I have the two factor security also on Blockchain says the BTC are in that account, The thing is I did an hour before that deposit another small one and it was done in one hour same as the other deposits.. That's why I'm kind of scared

Actually mr @nik not cool buddy. The us guys with the knowlege have it so because we are CEOs, Tech advisors or what ever professionals with a job all day and actually only spend maybe 30 minutes a day checking out the forum. Some of us live in the EU, or Australia even. So there is a timezone thing too. Mr @Marcos failed to research GH and the problems therein. He also failed to search this forum to see other comments of the exact same nature and what the fixes were. So us "knowledgable" guys, get tired of this laziness and at times just leave the masses to themselves, instead of taking time in our life that we will never get back to write the exact same info that has been written many times before. This forum is just fine and is growing extremely quick. Hence the change in general attitude and the "New world" feeling. Prior to the great in crease in interest, it was most an older crowd.  That's all. :)

Don't be scared yet. Give it some time. I know that is the "Obama in a toilet" answer but it is all you can do at the moment. Most exchanges especially with anything BTC are slow. They certainly do not respond within 24 hours. Your money is still there and is traceable.

I am new to the cryptocurrency scene myself I've invested in Xrp .Ripple about 3 months ago.

I was advised to use Gatehub wallet for an invest vehicle starting out new.

I've invested with them think that they were a reputable company.

The device my wallet was use to store my two-step authentication code got damaged.

So now for 2 week I've been trying to follow their deactivation steps.

They keep sending emails stating that I am not sending the correct format or information that

determines my identity.

I've sent a picture of myself

I sent a picture of myself holding a message stating  Gatehub  2FA Disable, also a copy of my drivers lic.

I am frustrated with this situation and need some advise about what steps should I take from here.
