Gatehub Disabled: Watch only wallet

Hello guys.

My father in-law is having a bit of an issue. He has a great amount of XRP stored in his gatehub account. The issue we are having is when we go to send fund to the Ledger Nano it wont let us because it says Disabled: Watch only wallet. Well basically is gatehub holding our XRP hostage? 

All we want to do is move our XRP from gatehub to our Nano Ledger, but we cant. 

Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

It does/doesn't help, appreciate the effort though.   The post is closed.  

The issue is GateHub Support isn't responding to their clients once they commit to refunding their wallets.  

I've emailed both @enej and Klas in support multiple times going on more than 6 weeks.....and I've had no acknowledgment of any of those emails,.  That's pretty ridiculous, actually.   If they don't respond to emails, then what's the recourse?

Here's my last email from Klas dated July 28th.  Don't have the refund and I haven't hear from him, or anyone else @gatehub since.  Totally unprofessional.

So does this affect anyone at anytime, or is it a particular group?

If my hot wallet is one imported into gatehub and seems to be working should I trust it will be ok (only small amount in it) or should I jump out of gatehub now?  In other words was it a temporary glitch with no new people affected anymore or is it ongoing?

We received similar answer it irks me that its probably a template answer.

The annoying part for me is that there was a topic already in which they helped many people, but we cant reply anymore because it was closed as solved. Well hey what about the other people that they havent helped.

This is bizarre...   I can't imagine an exchange wants these things constantly mentioned on the main XRP forum....  surely it would call for a concerted effort to at least contact the affected users.   It calls into question the viability of the exchange in my opinion,  and yet there are people here steering newcomers to Gatehub.  I certainly won't be until and unless Gatehub take action.

I wish Gatehub well and want them to succeed, but not at the expense of random lockups of users' funds.

@enej what say you?  Please tell me I am wrong.....   that would make me very happy.

Oh sorry...   I was thinking that in some way the various toggles on the wallet were set to disabled or something....  So do these folk have their secret key or are they exchange wallets?    From your reply I'm thinking they are true Ripple wallets....

Folks....   have you tried creating another wallet with the secret key?
