Authorize new email not sending

I tried to login in to my gatehub account today and after I entered my authenticator code I got a message saying I need to authorize my device which happens every once in awhile but the confirmation email never came to my inbox. Before I would always get an email and things would work fine after clicking the link. I checked my spam, all mail and trash folders in my email but it never came. How do I get back into my account?

I just posted the same thing in another thread. There must be a glitch, because I didn't get the email either (I tried three times). I think we're going to have to be patient and wait a while.
