Transaction from 4 weeks ago not arriving in gatehub wallet

Hi Guys,

In the beginning of August someone sent some Ethereum to my Gatehub wallet. I can see the transaction on etherscan, but the ethers did not yet arrive in my wallet.

I have opened already 4 support tickets at gatehub, but no feedback at all.

I have read some other posts about transactions taking 2 or even 3 weeks, but it's almost a month since the transaction has been done.

Did anyone else had this kind of experience with gatehub?

I even sent XRP to be sure that is not an issue, still balance is zero.

Why is that?

Do you have more wallets? or only 1 wallet in the gatehub? Use Google Chrome for optimal GateHub performance. Do you have Ask Klas Urekar? (GateHub Support) <support@gatehub.net>

When I registered, I had by default ripple wallet. When I went to deposit found > ETH page gave me ETH address (now it says ETH is disabled).

I am using Chrome. 

I sent email to support, but no answer till now.

How do I contact Klas?

I have also uploaded my ID, but don't have residency document on English (but you can see it on ID back side, on English).
