You just have to modify the URL in the address bar, so change whatever existing pair to XAG and the gateway address for that asset, Gatehub said they are in the process of adding that feature: https://wallet.gatehub.net/#/trade/XRP/XAG:rGgS5Hw3PhSp3VNT43PDTXze9YfdthHUH inative and Twarden

Twarden
The Gateway has limited liquidity save for the ~Rippleunion CAD markets. You may have better luck finding some liquidity for XAG.~Xagate through XRP or CAD.~Rippleunion. The ~Xagate markets have limited liquidity at this time as I can only provide limited liquidity myself. If you did not read the full announcement at the official Ripple forums, you may not know that XAGATE is operating within the last stages of its Public Beta phase, with the initial announcement originally released Christmas 2014. As for the issue of liquidity of XAG, within the brainstorming thread, I considered for a time that I would invest personal funds into silver and offer XAG IOUs on a schedule which would be voted upon by holders of XAG. This idea was scrapped because of my (still) limited funds, however, it is something that I would like to do in the future due to the liquidity issues. thinlyspread and rippleric

jn_r
Notice btw that CoinPayments.net (which is used to make deposits at XAGate) accepts USD.SnapSwap. If you don't want to hold those, you could buy ETH.XAGate with it. And then trade it at Ripple or withdraw.. Below are the current prices for 1 ETH deposit at XAGate (via CoinPayments.net) Edited February 27, 2016 by jn_r

Yes, the initial fee schedule was released during a time when ETH was equal to 75 cents. Expect an update regarding the new structure shortly, I will be updating the cryptocurrency fee schedule Monday morning using the current market rates. In addition to addressing that issue, I am going to be editing the XAGATE web site over this week to simplify its content an improve upon the site design. jn_r
