I can see your transaction here just fine: https://ripple.com/build/ripple-info-tool/ I think it's just Bitstamp being slow don't worry. Someone has the same issue as you: https://www.xrpchat.com/topic/8826-bitstamp-xrp/ You'll just have to wait but if you forgot to include destination tag you'll have to contact bitstamp.
