bitstamp xrp

Hi There, 
I withdrawal xrp from kraken to bitstamp address but some reason I have not received my xrp there yet. What could be a possible reason?

I am able to see transaction at https://ripple.com/build/ripple-info-tool/ by transaction id 11BEE85F89E4AADCC32B19235FD04ABBE70A2E80C4E9D9934E2E95E5C05D6F79  but xrpchart says transaction not found.

Bitstamp requires a destination tag in addition to your address. I hope you used your destination tag in the withdrawal.

Bitstamp sends me an email when I do a deposit. Have you checked your email/junk mail folder for anything?

 I am using bitstamps since 2013 but this happened first time with me. I did not receive any deposit email from bitstamp now. 

I wonder transaction is visible in ripple-info-tool but xrpcharts says 'transaction not found'?

Bitstamp are very slow. I sent money from my bank last Friday and it probably got there the same day. They have not processed it yet. When I sent lesser amounts last month, the transactions went through the same day. This month they are dragging their heels and have lost a lot of opportunity for me This is the second time they have delayed the process as I did query it with them the first time - they acknowledged receipt but could not process it internally. Yes very frustrating

You should send them a query email as soon as possible

I knocked their door almost 7 hours ago from now but sound like no body home :wacko:
