I think you need to add the option 'too early to tell' to the polls.

Tokens like these built on another platform are being released in anticipation of future platform releases. This is for advertising on the Brave platform. Interesting concept, but there is not enough users, advertisers or even content on the platform for this to be worth anything--- yet.

Assets like this requires a dependency on other technology or developments to be made, it is odd to have something 'before its time' to be intentionally released too early on purpose, a symptom of the tech eccentric thinking about grabbing pre-market share I think and not necessarily sound business development. If you build it and they will come can pay off big, but most often falls flat.

"too early to tell" would be neutral, unless you feel there's a hype (bullish) or fud (bearish) on the coming of this new coin.

It's like those marketing form where you want to say I don't really know this product but they still ask if you like or not the product just to get a feel of what you think ...that's why I called it the Sentiment Table...to get a general feeling...

Back to BAT, if you think it's way too early, you might answer neutral or bearish in short term, neutral mid term and if you think it could be good eventually, bullish long term.

BASIC ATTENTION TOKEN (BAT) — The free and open internet as we know it runs on advertisements, and yet adblockers are seeing increasing adoption among internet users. BAT seeks to solve this problem by creating a mutually beneficial common ground between advertisers and users, centered around their internet browser, Brave

I'm still not sold on this token. If interledger does what it was designed to do we shouldn't have a problem with every browser having it's own token, but unless this particular browser becomes used like its competitors (chrome, explorer).. Will we see  huge demand for it? This question has nothing to do with price since things in crypto don't have to have a real use case to be worth trillions of dollars.. haha

I am with @MundoXRP. I like the idea, but at this stage it seems more Brave paying potential users to adopt them, but they need enough adopters to raise enough to fund the BAT... Besides crypto and some privacy concerned users they are up against apathy and Google. A lethal combo

changed my short term to neutral...too much going on elsewhere and not enough hype/news right now...I still believe they have a very strong product, but like you say, they are going against big players.

What if BAT is also used with?:

Other browsers: One obvious use case for the token is for it to be used inside other browsers. This means that the BAT ecosystem will extend out to anyone using any of the current popular browsers.

Telegram bot: In messaging apps like Telegram, we foresee the possibility of users being paid in BAT to view one ad.

WeChat official account: WeChat has become a robust system of bots, payments, and other solutions. We foresee the creation of different WeChat solutions integrating the the token.

Token and Status: The BAT also has attention-based applicability inside the Ethereum-based messaging/payment platforms such as Coinbase’s new Token app and Status app.

And there are more digital advertisement opportunities out there (other android apps etc.). This is a huge business world wide with a lot of middle man and now there is a specialized coin within this domain. And of course an impressive team, able to deliver to back it up. Certainly bullish long term.
