Bitstamp App issues

Hi folks,  Has anyone used the ios Bitstamp app?  I installed it to follow my purchase of XRP.

Because I am too greedy, my buy is sitting at the end of the line and the price is moving away from me.  Typical newbie investor mistake no doubt.

So the problem is the app doesn't show the open order but the website does.

(I also found it a bit hard to install and enable mobile access because it wanted my phone to scan a QR code displayed on its screen....  but i finally achieved that.)

In the open orders section of the app it circles for a while as it looks them up then says 'Nope...  aint gone any' or its equivalent. 

Anyone else seen that?  Is the app ok for you?
