hoodun
I made an exchange today from xrp to btc. It all seemed to go ok. I then tried to send the btc to bittrex. It was an amount of .41 btc. I hit send and my xrp fell to 49.997(not sure if this is the issue). The result was the balance in my account is now $0 and nothing shows up on BitTrex. The transaction does not even show up anywhere on gatehub, nor does it show up on the LEDGER! Its completely vanished! This was at around 1p. It is now 5p and support has not responded, even though it says they received the message, I do not have a hash for the transaction because the transaction vanished. On the support form it says hash REQUIRED. So all I can conclude at this point is that I am completely screwed. I cant believe it just disappeared like that. Not to be found anywhere. Something shady is going on with Gatehub. I cant believe it would be coded this way to erase everything if xrp falls below 50xrp? What can I do? Support is ignoring me... Has anyone else had coins disappear on Gatehub without a trace. What did you do?
hoodun
addendum: nothing shows up on bithomp regarding the exchange from xrp to btc, which was all internal within Gatehub and seemed to go smoothly.
pftq
What is your public address? I can look it up to see if I notice anything.
Perditious
Use http://ripplerm.github.io/ripple-wallet/ to check your transactions. Just change the "wallet account", there's no need to fill in your secret key to view info. Bithomp can be very inaccurate and usually misses a lot of my transactions. midair77
I just experienced about 40 minutes ago trying to send 25 XRPs from kraken to bittrex and got an internal error. I think bittrex must have had some issues today. I tried to create an ether address to send some eth to my account and I repeatedly tried like 5-10 times and I could not get an address. Well. It is the internet.... Edited August 12, 2017 by midair77

It looks like you were sending BTC from ripple wallet which means transaction should recorded on the ripple ledger. Kind regards, Enej
Kloppos
https://xrpcharts.ripple.com/#/ I think there was an issue in the network yesterday. If you check the BTC/XRP chart then you see a straight line for 4-5 hours. So it seems these stats/transactions are not displayed here and maybe due to that missing by you. Finney
EDIT: My issue has been solved, see my reply below. I've had the exact same issue, but in my case it's 12 ETH... Before I send the 12 ETH, I tested it with a small amount some days prior, which arrived (after a couple of hours). So I know I have the correct destination wallet. I've send the payment on Friday evening, and it just completely vanished from Gatehub. I opened a support ticket, but I didn't have a hash. A day later, I noticed that the Transaction suddenly appeared in my account, so of course I immediately collected all data, including the TxHash. Good thing I did, because an hour later it vanished again! After two days, the transaction log was back in my account, and at this time of writing, it appears to stick. But the payment still didn't arrive at it's destination ETH wallet. The TxHash does not appear on etherscan.io, only on xrpcharts.ripple.com/#/transactions It appears that my money is being held by Gatehub Fifth and it refuses to send the payment through to my wallet. Started another Support ticket, this time with the Hash...still no answer. It's gonna be a FULL FOUR DAYS soon, without ANY reply from GateHub. I've lost quite some money due to this, and to top it all off: Just now I noticed I am not even able to log in to my GateHub account any longer...I get a message that I am using a new device (I am not) and I should check my email to approve the device. However, when I click the "Allow Access" button, I get a "BAD TOKEN"-message, and that's that. Really does wonders for my trust in GateHub... Will update here if I have any news. Finney
Update: After contacting @enej (Founder of GateHub) soon after posting my reply above, the issue was solved just now. I hope to learn what the cause of the problem was, and what I could have done to prevent this from happening in the future, since I still intend to use GateHub. Thank you, @enej for your assistance in the matter. Edited August 15, 2017 by Finney
