BTC to XRP on GateHub

Hello,

I transferred some BTC from Coinbase to Gatehub Hosted Wallet. Now how do I use this BTC to exchange to XRP on the GateHub platform? When I try to transfer BTC to my GateHub Ripple Wallet, I get an "Error-Wallet Not Found On Vault"

Please help.

I'm not sure how to do what you're asking.  But if you have BTC in coinbase, you can go to shapeshift.io, and transform the BTC to XRP/ripple, and then from shapeshift.io, send that directly to Gatehubs xrp wallet.  Here is the video I used to figure this out:

Your issue is probably that your Ripple wallet need to be activated (with 20 XRP or more) before you can transfer your btc from hosted wallet to Ripple wallet.

Right now it's not really convenient because you cannot do that directly on Gatehub, best thing to do is convert a little amount of btc from coinbase to XRP using any exchange website (shapeshift) and send to your Gatehub wallet public wallet address (start with a r...)

Thank you for the responses. Yes, the issue was my Gatehub Ripple wallet was not activated with 20 XRP. Gatehub has now verified the account and deposited the 20 XRP. I should now be able to transfer between my Hosted wallet and Ripple Wallet
