How I solved a missing 1000 GBP transfer to my Gatehub account---tried support and no action----tried numerous PM to Enej, no action---so contacted my Bank in the UK and acquired a completion number then rang Gatehub's bank in Slovenia, followed up by email and low and behold the funds showed up in my account within 24 hrs. So it did take from the 12th July to the 1st August but I eventually got it. I hope this helps others with a similar scenario.
