RookieInvestor Posted July 31, 2017 Share Posted July 31, 2017 Hi fellow members, I recently purchased more xrp's but, Gatehub is holding onto money that hasn't been deposited into my wallet because apparently my brother-in-law can't make the deposit into my wallet. I received an email from their support manager Klas Urekar and he was going to make a one time exception if I can explain to him the relationship of the person depositing the money into the account. I did but, till this day no response. It has been a week and it's quite a bit of hard earn money. Any suggestions? I submitted several gatehub support tickets, even went to twitter to connect with Klas but, still no response. There is no direct number and I need that money into the wallet asap. Any one experience similar problems? Is gatehub trustworthy? I am beginning to doubt their abilities and transparency. Look either deposit the money or return to the sender either way, it's not their money to hold on to. Let me know if you guys have any suggestions or solutions. Thanks!
