Who thinks Gatehub should have 24 hour phone support

Ripple is putting bit faith in gatehub and these guys dont even have phone support. They only offer support via email which takes days to reply (if only they want to ). I have sent them 4 emails in last 10 days and I am still waiting for their response to sort out my verification issues but have not received it yet. To be honest I love ripple but gatehub has been pathetic experience so far.

If Gatehub.net does not sortout its stuff its damaging ripple's goodwill... 

If they are taking responsibility of ripple clients they  MUST start 24 hours phone support (because of global exposure of ripple ) ASAP. Please support if you have similar views...

I remember when I started my web hosting business a few years ago I decided not to provide a customer support number, but instead left it strictly email support only because my operation was a one man show and I couldn't afford to handle 50+ calls a day myself, but was able to perfectly handle email only support.  Maybe Gatehub IS a one man operation, or perhaps a family owned business, or operated by less than 5 people and they dont have the personnel to handle a very high call volume in a daily basis.

This is just my speculation, I have no idea now much personnel Gatehub counts with.

that could be right mate. but problem is ripple is supporting gayehub when they are too small to offer serious support.. that is bit of concern....

Ok. Lets be realistic mate.

(1)Paypal does not offer trading but gatehub does so customers here cant wait to get response in few days by email.

(2) Paypal offers phone support (not 24 hours i know but better than none)

(3) i am not criticizing ripple i have as much interest in its success as u do but constructive criticisam is necessary for growth. How would u feel if the company u want to see growing like anything, does not respond to emails for days and still problem is not sorted out.

(4) How would u feel if u need support urgently and u have no way to contact them by phone specially whe we are talking about a company that wants to be globally recognized.

I am open to all type of opinions. Please correct me if i am wrong in asking for bit more customer support for every user for mutual benefit.

Of course more customer support is always welcome, at least an answer by mail in 24 hours is mandatory.

But phone support is too expensive for this small company. Maybe if people start depositing and trading IOUs.gatehub they can have more revenue from transfer fee and pay other people ;)

Even lots of big companies are limited to support by email and social networks. Nothing can be that urgent to get Gatehub instant on the phone, but I agree: email support can be fast(er) as well. OTOH my experience is that Gatehub both on social networks and email is really fast responsive. Maybe I never asked them "difficult" questions :)

I agree totally! It's been over 3 weeks that I'm waiting to turn off 2fa so I can access my account I have a lot of xrp sitting there not responding is unacceptable!! when I finally get this situation resolved I will NEVER use them again!!

How normal is it for me to have submitted a ticket since 15 January and still have received zero reply from Gatehub???

How long a waiting period are people experiencing with Gatehub's "customer support" ??? (this term doesn't even seem to apply here)

IS there any other way to contact them?

It is SOOO FRUSTRATING to not have access and locked out of my account and XRP

Hey Steveo, I'm in the exact situation as you with the same 2FA issue. So fustrating 

I submitted everything they asked for ....but zero response from them like they don't exist anymore. Or we don't exist to them

Did you get any resolution with them yet?
