RDS Posted January 5, 2016 Share Posted January 5, 2016 (edited) Ripple is putting bit faith in gatehub and these guys dont even have phone support. They only offer support via email which takes days to reply (if only they want to ). I have sent them 4 emails in last 10 days and I am still waiting for their response to sort out my verification issues but have not received it yet. To be honest I love ripple but gatehub has been pathetic experience so far. If Gatehub.net does not sortout its stuff its damaging ripple's goodwill... If they are taking responsibility of ripple clients they MUST start 24 hours phone support (because of global exposure of ripple ) ASAP. Please support if you have similar views...
