However, if anybody scrolls through this section, I think we can all agree that GateHub is having a lot of trouble at the minute. I think it would be beneficial for new users to know what they are getting into before buying ripple through Gatehub. It would be a **** poor experience for someone new to this to have these issues. MichaelNL Posted July 2, 2017 Share Posted July 2, 2017 Hey Tony, yesterday morning i tried to convert Ripple to Ethereum using the GateHub portal but the ethereum still does not show up in my wallet. The Ripple balance is deducted but my Ethereum balance has not increased... I'm a beginner and did not expect this kind of issues. I was very excited starting to trade in crypto but this is a little bit disappointing... The most disturbing about this situation is that if Ripple for example shoots up or Ethereum crashes further and does not recover i can't do anything... The following link states that there is an Ripple Data API issue that affects GateHubs wallet performance, including wallet net worth refreshing and transaction processing: https://support.gatehub.net/hc/en-us/articles/115003709009 Ripple is trying to resolve this issue. MichaelNL Posted July 5, 2017 Share Posted July 5, 2017 Enej helped me getting my ethereum back. I did nothing wrong. One of ETH processing services was temporarily offline during my transaction and thus transaction got stuck. I'm realy happy it is fixed now and that I got a quick response from Enej! I like the GateHub portal very much. It's easy to use compared to other sites like bitfinex, kraken and bittrex. Now I have more confidence trading on their platform because they help you when something goes wrong. Again, thank you very much GateHub and especialy Enej for helping me! When 99% of the issues are SWIFT wire transfer and BTC/ETC low cost payment delay related... well than one has to THANK them for all the EXTRA efforts they do for you to find out where your deposit/withdrawal is been stuck BEFORE it is arrived on their ledger for a deposit and AFTER is has left their ledger for a withdrawal.... After all they do all this in addition to an exploding workload coming from new subscribers and the KYC related stuff. For the latter one has to understand that they MUST do that by regulation AND that this takes a lot of effort (and related time).
