Send XRP from Gatehub still have not received in my wallet

Not sure what's happening with GateHub but this is very concerning.  I've already submitted a ticket with GateHub support but, I know their support are taking a long time to reply and fix, also pm @enej here.

I want to post this here because the 2 transactions have now disappeared from the Transaction History for the Wallet, however the XRP has deducted.  So this is really concerning.

I send 2 transactions from one of my GateHub Wallet. it's been 5 hours and it is still not showing up on my 2 wallets I send them to.  One is on RCL and my Bitstamp wallet.

At first when I tried to send xrp I wasn't able to because it gives me a message that say "Watch Only Wallet" and I was not able to send XRP.  (I looked through xrpchat, this seems to be a common problem over the last few months).

After I log out and log back in a few times, I was able to get it to work, I was able to send 2 different transactions to two different Wallets.  The first one is on RCL and the second one at Bitstamp.  After 10 minutes when I look those xrp still have have not show up yet the xrp have been deducted from my GateHub balance.

So while I was still log on I look at the Transaction History I was able to see the 2 transactions but it does not show it going out with Hash, etc so I knew something was wrong.  The transaction seems like it did not go through however, the xrp was deducted from my wallet.

I figure it may be system issue so I log off and log in again, this time when I tried to look at it, it just keeps on loading and seem like it just freeze up or does not load the history. When I tried to look at the Transaction History my other wallets on GateHub it loads correctly. (Strange)

A few hours later when log back in and look at the Transaction history it does not even show these 2 transactions? This is quite concerning now.

Gatehub Wallet I send from:

https://ripple.com/build/ripple-info-tool/

First Transaction to RCL Wallet
Wallet:

Second Transaction to Bitstamp
Wallet:
Destination Tag: 51546704

The xrp was deducted from my GateHub Wallet, however it is not showing up in my wallet on RCL or my Bitstamp Wallet.

I tried to look up these to see if I can find the HASH for today's transactions on the RPC Tool.  Is anyone here who is more technically savy able to figure what happened here.

What bothers me the most is the transaction has completely disappeared when I look at the transaction history on Gatehub.

I can't find these 2 transactions on "Ripplecharts Account Explorer" or "Bithomp". However the se 2 transactions are showing up on Ripplefox and Ripple-info-tool.

I tried looking up my GateHub wallet and transactions from the RPC Tool.  I do see the 2 transaction I did today but can't make out exactly what all the information is on here.

https://ripple.com/build/ripple-info-tool/

Update:

1st Transaction on Gatehub today:  I have received the xrp that was send in my wallet

2nd Transaction on GateHub today:  (Still not seeing this in my Bitstamp Wallet)

Second Transaction to Bitstamp
Wallet:
Destination Tag: 51546704

I believe this should be the HASH

So there's still a problem here.

-Send 2 Transactions from GateHub today.  Both Transactions disappeared from my Transaction History in GateHub.  Both funds from these "Disappeared Transactions" have been deducted from my GateHub Wallet.

-I have received the xrp that was send to my RCL Wallet (1st Transaction)

-Still have not received the xrp that was send to my Bitstamp Wallet. (2nd Transaction)

Second Transaction to Bitstamp
Wallet:
Destination Tag: 51546704

What I am trying to figure out is where did the xrp go?  Is this a GateHub problem or was the xrp send to Bitstamp and Bitstamp have not posted them to my wallet yet.

Update:  7/1/2017 -  received the xrp in both my wallets now.

A few people have reported this,

I believe you will need to contact bitstamp support, it appears their system missed a number of transactions ( perhaps they rely on the public data API )

Good Luck with contacting support, I have been waiting for a response for 6 weeks regarding missing withdrawal funds and still no response. If you find a way to get them to respond I would really appreciate you advising what method you used.

I find that destination tags are the key to quick reconcilation.  They point the general ledger to your specific account.  Sometimes I've moved coins & they weren't asked for, and it took many days to show up - despite being debited instantly.  With them, I've had no issues.  I was mostly sending from GateHub to Bitfinex, within seconds - but I've done numerous other swaps without issue.

As an aside, I wouldn't be sending huge chunks of coin without first testing & knowing it works.  Transactions fees are negligible, so it doesn't seem logical.  I could understand your stress, not knowing where a quarter million dollars is sitting.

Good luck & report back when it's sorted.

Thank you guys for your input.  I've send from Gatehub to Bitstamp before a week ago also.  It worked perfectly fine previously.  I did double check and triple check the Wallet along with the Destination Tag before sending so I am very confident that I entered the correct info.  I do understand when sending directly on RCL there's not destination tag but there is a destination tag for exchange since it points to your specific account.

I read something on support.gatehub.net (posted Friday, 30th June) regarding transaction processing. The following link states that there is an Ripple Data API issue that affects GateHubs wallet performance, including wallet net worth refreshing and transaction processing:

https://support.gatehub.net/hc/en-us/articles/115003709009

Ripple is trying to resolve this issue. I hope my funds will be transferred when this issue is resolved.

Enej helped me getting my ethereum back. I did nothing wrong. One of ETH processing services was temporarily offline during my transaction and thus transaction got stuck.

I'm realy happy it is fixed now and that I got a quick response from Enej!

I like the GateHub portal very much. It's easy to use compared to other sites like bitfinex, kraken and bittrex. Now I have more confidence trading on their platform because they help you when something goes wrong.

Again, thank you very much GateHub and especialy Enej for helping me!

Kind regards,

Michael
