pchamala Posted June 29, 2017 Share Posted June 29, 2017 Sent my money to Gatehub on the 5th June 2017 (International wire transfer, supposed to take 4-7 days), hasn't shown up. Raised a ticket (30617), and got no response. Can someone please help me resolve this issue as its been outstanding for 4 weeks now?? I posted same topic last week and it is closed now by Admin asking me to submit a request by providing a link which I already did before admin asked me to do before I saw this blog 30617 is the ticket number. We know, but unfortunately, it seems the only way to get a ******* reply from GH is to shame them in a public forum. Last time I complained about my withdrawal, @enej got back to me. It didn't solve the problem, but at least it was something. This time, I can't even get a reply from the company, and it's obvious @pchamala and others are on the same boat. I have been waiting for funds to arrive in my British bank account from an XRP sale on the 16th May (only as part of a due diligence exercise) and to date nothing, have sent numerous follow up emails and started a new ticket, still nothing.
