Anybody still experiencing "Watch Only" wallet on gatehub with no support?

@VoV did you get your problem solved? I'm having the same issue. Watch only Wallet. My XRP are stuck. Could you share your experience and how you contacted the support. I submitted a ticket but I guess it's going to take ages before they get back to me. thanks.
