blakeren
So I'm from Australia and have been using Coinspot to make my purchases. Love just being able to deposit/withdraw straight from my bank account. However the only real issue that I have with them are that their "fees" seem really high. Although they state that they don't actually charge any fees because they're calculated into the coins price. For example, atm to buy 1 Bitcoin it would cost $3656 AUD ($2786 USD), and to sell that 1 Bitcoin would give you just $3461 AUD ($2637 USD). That's a 5.35% loss straight away and it seems way to high. I wanted to know what the best and easiest way to buy coins in Australia is and the best marketplace to use (low fees, easy to use, easily deposit/withdraw/transfer). Any help would be great! BDXRP
I buy my bitcoin through BTCMarkets and then send to bitstamp, but BTC markets will have XRP listed soon as per there twitter post. Which is good in my opinion as I guess they see XRP as a coin that's going to be around for a while.

Can you actually trade the coins on Coinspot, or do you just exchange fiat for BTC? I normally use CoinTree to purchase my BTCs then swap them to btcmarkets, Gatehub or somewhere else to trade them. I don't want to use the stupid POLi Payments setup on btcmarkets - they should have more options than that, no way I'll ever enter my bank login details through a third party. It's good, though, that you'll be able to trade for XRP on btcmarkets soon.

Nah you can buy and sell, theres 20 odd alt coins on there. I was looking for somewhere that had a big range of alt coins that you exchanged with buy/sell orders
