to the person that helps me get 2FA disabled on my account. Yes, I have tried opening a ticket on the NEW support page. I am just hoping someone that knows Klas or enej can help me get this done. It has now been 10 days.

If you backed up your auth key I think you can reset it?

I did and it doesn't work or I would not be giving away XRP to get someone to try to get support to help me.

It worked on every exchange except Bittrix (where I didn't have my QR code & they disabled 2FA for me in 2 hours) and Gatehub who obviously is ignoring my requests. I do have a copy of the QR code but Google Auth won't read it for some reason.

You can contact @enej or @Klas via PM on this forum, although this is not the preferred way of escalating issues.

Unfortunately, I have done that over and over again without an answer other than the first time I opened a ticket and Klas asked for the security information which I sent him, numbers of times.

It isn't all that much money but I would like to give it to my daughter. I don't know how much longer I am going to be here, but it isn't going to be much longer.

Locking this topic because this is something that GateHub needs to resolve and not members of this forum. And "bribing" people to skip the line somehow doesn't feel right, too (and it may be illegal under some circumstances in some jurisdictions).
