Hyyper
My objective is to transfer BTC from BitStamp to XRP on GateHub. I am not sure exactly sure of the problem. On BitStamp I get an error message 'Invalid ripple address.'. So my first thought was that I need to first add the address as 'trusted' on GateHub. When I attempted to do so I just get an infinite loading screen. Contacted GateHub which they replied back with - 'Please note that there is an issue with Ripple data API, which could affect GateHub wallet performance, including wallet net worth refreshing and transaction processing.'. Is it me not adding the BitStamp address as 'trusted' my issue or am I missing something? Thanks for the help!

You have to open a BTC trustline from within Gatehub then find out what your BTC address is. Alternatively, you may be able to buy XRP on BitStamp and send your XRP to your Gatehub XRP address. namini
You can buy XRP directly on Bitstamp with your bitcoin. And then you can send your XRP to your Gatehub wallet (send at least 20 XRP if the wallet is not already activated).
