Ally Bank returned bank wire to Gatehub. 18 days and counting...

Hello forum. I've sent 3 emails to Gatehub support  and have not had a response as of yet. Hopefully @enej or someone can help me.

 

I've sent USD from Gatehub to my bank in the USA. Called said bank after 7 days after I didn't see a credit in my account ..bank said the wire had insufficient information and was returned to the sending bank. 

What is the sending bank (Gatehub)? I would like to do a trace but my bank doesn't have any other information other than what was stated. I don't have a credit back into my Gatehub account either.

Please, someone help as I'm getting anxious. :-(

I sent a transfer from gatehub to my U.S. bank back in late April and no sign of the transfer to my bank or a return to my gatehub wallet! What gives?? Can someone guide me to their support its been over a month.
