I think you win.

Sorry. I have been doing that for 9 days now. You really didn't think it would be that simple, right. I was just hoping someone on here might have enough clout to get enej to help.

I have complied with the only real request that Klas sent me  with selfies and additionally passport pics, DL pics and have pleaded with PM's.They won't even answer me other than an automated response.

I was going to add they'll want you to take a selfie and that you should send them an email everyday day, have you tried their Twitter? Most ppl have success with that but since you already spoke with klas I don't think that'll help, ps. Took me about a month for them to actually respond after I kept sending them messages all over the place but when they did respond It was fixed in about an hour

Dear Alan,

Thank you for contacting GateHub support service.

Please note that the Verification code is generated by either Authy or Google Authenticator app on your mobile device.

We advise you to search your mobile phone for one of said apps.

If you are having trouble with the app, please synchronise the time between your computer and mobile phone or consider reseting 2FA for you GateHub account.

To reset 2FA:

We must first disable current 2FA for your account.
Please see below for instructions.

Send a selfie, holding a piece of paper with a message "GateHub 2FA" and date it.

Kind regards,

Klas Urekar

Yea that's what they sent me, I know this might sound dumb but have you literally held the piece of paper up to your face and not just 2 separate pictures? In my case I told them I didn't have access to my old phone since I got a new one and didn't know you have to disable old one to make it work. After that they immediately disabled it ?

Yes. I have gone over and above the requirements for getting this done. Bittrix resolved a very similar 2FA issue in 2 hours. Thank you for your help. When I started working on this XRP was 29c.
