I have complied with the only real request that Klas sent me with selfies and additionally passport pics, DL pics and have pleaded with PM's.They won't even answer me other than an automated response.I was going to add they'll want you to take a selfie and that you should send them an email everyday day, have you tried their Twitter? Most ppl have success with that but since you already spoke with klas I don't think that'll help, ps. In my case I told them I didn't have access to my old phone since I got a new one and didn't know you have to disable old one to make it work. After that they immediately disabled it ?
