I was going to add they'll want you to take a selfie and that you should send them an email everyday day, have you tried their Twitter? Most ppl have success with that but since you already spoke with klas I don't think that'll help, ps. Took me about a month for them to actually respond after I kept sending them messages all over the place but when they did respond It was fixed in about an hour

Yea that's what they sent me, I know this might sound dumb but have you literally held the piece of paper up to your face and not just 2 separate pictures? In my case I told them I didn't have access to my old phone since I got a new one and didn't know you have to disable old one to make it work. After that they immediately disabled it ?
