The issue is that I have done both, multiple times, and they never answer me. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?? It has been a month since I did a bank transfer of euros to my Gatehub account, and the money still has not arrived, so getting pretty desperate now. One possible reason why you haven't received your deposit yet is that you forgot to include the correct reference number. Please PM me your email, time of transaction and exact amount.
