VPALINCKX Posted June 8, 2017 Share Posted June 8, 2017 (edited) I have transfered Bitcoin to my Gatehub account through Shapeshift on May 18. Since then NOTHING has shown up in my wallet even though the transaction was confirmed by my bitcoin wallet. I submitted a request on their support page 2 times by now and tried to contact @enej on here but i had no response. Any idea's? Just to clarify, I mean to look up the address on the blockchain. If not, do it here https://blockchain.info/ If the receiving address has the bitcoins then it's a Gatehub issue If the bitcoins never arrived to that address then it might be Shapeshift you should contact Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Then it's hopefully some internal wallet at Gatehub. There's not much you can do now, just wait for Gatehub to answer your ticket. It will take some time for them to answer because a lot of new customers have joined recently. Meanwhile, make sure no one else has access to your Gatehub account. Don't use the same password for Gatehub and other sites and use two factor authentication (2FA). Personally, I would assume worst case that someone got into your account and sent the btc to their address. Therefore I would withdraw everything I have on the account, not deposit anything there until Gatehub takes a look at your account and lastly change the password.
