Why won't Gatehub respond to support requests?

Does anyone know why gatehub doesn't respont to support requests? I've filled out the support form, sent three emails, waited almost three weeks & not even a response. I understand with the market cap going up they're busy with support but after three weeks I'm starting to think they've ripped me off.

They are understaffed and it looks like they've moved headcount to other projects (e.g. dash integration, Berlin interledger workshop, etc.).

Sounds logical to me. They can't support their current platform, so reduce headcount and add complexity.
