Wallet verification issue

I have been having an issue with my wallet since I opened it in April. I am unable to send XRP coins to other address as it always shows an error "watch only wallet". Last time I talked with support team they sent an email back saying my account was verified only to get the same error after trying to send. Can someone please try and help me here because I'm freaking out now because I knew Gatehub was the safest place to store my coins. I have attached screenshots of the error and the verification notification from support.
