GateHub support is not replying to support tickets

Good afternoon,

I submitted a support ticket in GateHub the last week, I still didn't have a reply (just the authomatic one). How long does it takes until they reply? I lost my 2FA device so I'm just asking them which documents/info should I provide. So once they answer, I am expecting 1-2 weeks until I can get my money back.

Had the same issue with Bittrex and in 15min I got my problem solved since I contacted the mods on the Slack platform. Does anyone know someone who I can send a PM to in order to accelerate this process a bit? I really need acces to GateHub the sooner the best.

I feel your pain. I have emailed them a number of times already about a deposit that was refused.  I'm at 2 weeks. Even messaged @enej here in xrpchat. Still N O T H I N G!!!! They used to be so good in responding. Not anymore......
