can anyone tell me how I can save XRP for long term? Cold storage.

Where is the most reliable. I can i fix this.

If i send my xrp to any exchange like polo the xrp is not recived, this was also with cryptsy and bitstamp. (only sending from ripple or gatehub, receiving XRP is oke)

There is a topic here that might help. 

Also the links and resources page has a list of desktop clients you can use to create a cold storage address. Its under "Desktop Wallets".

Im not sure why your XRP was never received by the exchanges, you might need to follow up with them..
