Are you sure you don't have several wallets on the same account? (on "Wallet" page, top left of the window you can switch between wallets)

Otherwise it's super easy to connect a trust line and generate a btc address.

Hi SkyLassie,

If you verify your phone number with Gatehub they should activate your wallet (only if it's your first account with this number).

Otherwise you can buy any cryptocurrency (bitstamp or coinbase allow to buy bitcoin with a credit card / wesellcrypto bitcoin with paypal ) and convert them to XRP (with Poloniex, Shapeshift...) and deposit to your wallet (send at least 20 XRP to activate your wallet).
