Gatehub 2FA Support

I've been trying to contact @gatehubfor support. Having an issue with 2FA security and haven't been able to access my account for over a week.

Have emailed support@gatehub.net, but it's been a week and still no response. I get that they've had a lot of new traffic and are a bit slow, but really would help to get a basic "we're working on it" at the bare minimum.

Can anyone suggest a way to get in touch? They havent responded to private messages on Facebook either and don't want to be that guy aggressively, publicly spamming them.
