I know that Gatehub Fifth is Gatehub's ETH exchange. As a Ripple guy, what do I need to know about Gatehub Fifth? Can I access its features from my regular Gatehub wallet?

Gatehub Fifth is technically a separate gateway, but shares a lot of resources with Gatehub (think a twin brother, separate people, had to tell apart).

Gatehub is setting itself up as a platform for gateways to establish themselves. To date they have Gatehub Fifth and BPG (gold). As long as trust lines (helpfully offered as first choice) are set you can access via Gatehub control hub.

I would add that GateHub seems to handle XRP and fiat while GateHub Fifth handles the Bitcoin and other alts. I believe it was discussed once it was arranged this way for compliance purposes (XRP having stricter requirements), but that may not be correct.

I will add here that Gatehub 5th CANNOT be trusted! They will show you why Ripple will just not work. Its a nice idea but allows for too many people to rob you as these organizations have hundreds of people working for them. There are no laws regarding stealing someone's xrp . Until the legal system works its way into xrp, I would avoid it at all cost. It will not be worth much anyway so its certainly not worth hodling.

Oh? Do you have proof of them being untrustworthy?

In most instances the legal system does cover XRP and other cryptos, although what law or legal oversight might differ region to region. In most western countries it is viewed as property or commodity.
