Thank you, I am thrilled that community saw the value in this proposal and accept it in the last hours with lots of votes.

We will put DASH on ripple ASAP.

Very excited :)

Why do you want to push new features at the moment when it is clearly visible even to the outsiders that you can't even handle the problems with existing features (e.g. customer support not responding, payments delayed, etc.)

We will first deal with existing problems and are doing so right now (also with new people coming in) then we will integrate DASH.

I can assure you we are now with all resources focusing on making everything as stable as it can get and only after we will start new projects.

Support problems are unrelated to new development in a way that we need to improve wallet stability (with wallet dev team) and increase support resources.

Support problems are related to this because - for example - someone with technical knowledge needs to monitor payment processing workflows and you also probably have very limited resources (headcount mostly, probably). For example, it looks like mmazi is working on new features (dash) + he/she also works on issues related to unprocessed payments, etc.

We are all currently working on making the system more stable and efficient. However we had to work on some features that were in the pipeline and promised to our business partners even before all this increase in volume (DASH is not one of them).

My focus right now is to find new people to fight all the traffic and make sure things work more smoothly. In the following month I have a goal to make the system much more robust and fail proof for our users.

But I totally understand your concerns and believe me we will do everything to comfort them.
