Thinking of buying but bear place ?

First is this a good time to buy I've been doing some research and felt like this might be my best opportunity what do you think?

 

Second I live in Houston Texas what do you think the best place to buy it is?

Anything below $0.50 is a good price, in my opinion.  It's a great time to buy right now.

Bitstamp and Kraken are both US-based exchanges that will allow (with some verification) purchase of XRP with USD.

Ripple skyrocket and now we see some stability. There is a lot news about exchanges adding XRP and it looks very well for us.

But nobody can tell you what happend next
