I found this flag when searching a transaction.  I believe this is why I can not set trust or trade this wallet.  It is as follows.  Flag tfFullycononicalSig.  Does anyone know what this means or how to fix?  I would like to have access to my wallet.  Thanks.

The ripples are in my wallet but I can not set trust or do anything.  I have 3 wallets and primary I can send to from one of my other wallets, but one I can do zero?  Thanks for response!

This flag means "Require a fully-canonical signature, to protect a transaction from transaction malleability exploits". It does not prevent you from accessing your wallet.

You have to have 20+XRP in your wallet in order to make two free trustlines. If your balance at any moment falls below 20 you won't be able to do anything with that wallet until you top it up.

If I set up 2 trusts on another wallet does that mean I can not set up a trust on the wallet I can not access?
