Mystere11 Posted May 25, 2017 Share Posted May 25, 2017 Has anyone had problems enabling the 2-Step Verification for GateHub? Google Authenticator is installed on my phone. After scanning the QR code, I receive the six-digit code and enter it into the appropriate field. After entry, I receive the following message: Error Wrong verification code, please try again. Yes, my device is "time synced" (checked and verified). Yes, I have submitted this question to GateHub (no response as of yet). Yes, I read the instructions for enabling 2-step verification on GateHub. I use the 2-step verification for Coinbase and have no problems there; my problems are with GateHub. panmores Posted May 26, 2017 Share Posted May 26, 2017 Did you try logging out of GateHub and try again? You have other sites synced with Google Authenticator? If so, disable them quickly, reinstall the app and enable again. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
