Has anyone been able to get a response from Gatehub customer support lately?

Nope. I filled a request almost 24 hours ago. And it's pretty serious: I can't login after a New Device Confirmation message. When clicking on the link Allow Access, I'm redirected to the Sign in page again, instead of being signed in. This worked until two days ago.

Nope. I asked a question 10 to 15 days ago and np response at all...
