shazzy Posted May 24, 2017 Share Posted May 24, 2017 Hey, wondering if anyone else is experiencing delays when trying to deposit ETH into the Gatehub Wallet. I sent some Ether from my Exodus Wallet to Gatehub approx. 6 hours ago and it still isn't showing up. Gatehub states it can take up to 30min for the transaction to appear. The transaction is correclty showing up on etherscan.io with 872 block confirmations. Would be interesting if this is a general issue or just affecting me. It has been more than 8 hours and with over 1000 block confirmations I still do not see my ethereum deposit on gatehub. Can some please help me? It would be great if Gatehub would introduce a status page to make these kind of situations more transparent. My transaction was initiated 18 h ago and so far still no luck, I have contacted support yesterday but haven't heard back yet.@gregor maybe you could shed some light on this?
