Guest
We are having issues with our bitcoin processor (professional service provider). Fees for bitcoin withdrawals were set too low hence the withdrawals are note yet confirmed on the network. We are in contact with the provider trying to find the solution. If they wont provide with solution within hours we will double spent the withdrawals on the network and retry them but this process is slow and will take some time. We apologise for the delays but the bitcoin network is highly overloaded in the last month and we are having issues we could not predict. Expect withdrawals to be processed today. https://support.gatehub.net/hc/en-us/articles/115003291285-My-Bitcoin-transaction-is-not-coming-through-what-s-going-on- You can also check confirmation statistics on bitcoin network here: https://blockchain.info/charts/avg-confirmation-time?timespan=30days&daysAverageString=7 Edited May 25, 2017 by Guest

Andrew
Thank you for the communication gregor. I noticed one of my BTC transactions finally processed, but I'm still waiting on this one - been almost 24hrs... https://blockchain.info/address/129XNKF7hPNx5NnQDrKXRZr6z5ukwncFp1 Again, thank you for the support. I love the clean aesthetic of GateHub.
Guest
After communicating with our bitcoin processor we agreed to further raise transaction fees and prevent this problems in the future. We have not experienced any problems after that. Most of the transactions were processed by making a child payment (of unconfirmed transaction) and setting really high fee, however there are still some left to be confirmed. We have tried to even further increase fee for the child payment and we will wait for a while to see if they get confirmed. The worse case for us is to double spend the transactions and reprocess them which we will do after 48h. We want to wait since most miners keep transactions in their pool for a while and there is a good chance for them to be confirmed after some time. We are apologising for all the delays and we appreciate your patience. Like mentioned we did everything to avoid such problems in the future however bitcoin network is highly overloaded in the last month and therefore unpredictable. We will also setup a backup provider for such cases but it will took us some time.
