Bitcoin to Gatehub wallet

Hi,

I transferred some bitcoins to my gatehub wallet yesterday and they are yet to be in there :/ Im hoping they are not lost. my wallet states they were sent but not received on gatehub end yet? 

Does it just take this long sometimes? I am new :/

How you transfered them, via option Deposit / Receive option on Wallet ?

Also it could be delayed because of confirmations it takes more time, so I suggest to raise fee of transaction next time.

My account is also now verified on Gatehub and still no bitcoins in my wallet.. @gregor People said to mention to yourself?
