Missing Ripple after Poloniex to Gatehub transfer

I made a transfer from my Poloniex account to one of my hosted wallets on Gatehub. The transasction is showing as complete but the ripple has not been placed into my wallet. This is the transaction hash  297BD24149F8E64DB0D311FE800A04E48897720DE9F50C4CD95636FE8206720E

I have turned in support tickets on both ends poloniex and Gatehub with no response from either exchange as of yet and it has now been over a week.

I know some of the Poloniex and Gatehub employees are on the chat here so I am asking for help please.

I believe there are no people of Poloniex running around here, contrary to GateHub.

Poloniex appears to having serious growing pains, with the work for employees stacking up day by day. Next to that, there seem to be problems with withdrawals, which is in some way apparantly connected to the growth of Polo.

Since tickets apparantly at this point only get answered weeks after, you'd do best to just wait. When did you do the transaction? Did you also verify it?

The transaction happened on May 12th, it is showing in my Polo account history as complete, it is showing on Ripple.com transaction tool as completed and the account number and destination tag are correct so unless I am missing something I did what I could to verify it as coreect, complete and valid. Since Polo says it is complete and Ripple says it happened and is complete I am left with the belief that it is Gatehub that has not credited the coins ot my wallet. So I would really appreciate someone from gatehub helping me out here in locating the missing ripple.

Contact the member called 'enej', he works for GateHub. His profile can be found here: https://www.xrpchat.com/profile/109-enej/, though for publicity sake he better respond in this topic. I'll expect him to do that as well, given how he's usually a fast responder to anything regarding GateHub.

@enej

Tagged him. He will show up soon. He is very helpful

I have heard nothing from enej or anyone at Gatehub, I can't believe they don't care what happens to clients money but their support is horrible or at least it has been for me. I am just trying to get some help. If anyone can assist please do. I don't know what else I can do, I have put in tickets and gotten no response I really just want to get my ripple, this should not happen to anyone.

There's another topic going around posted by a GateHub employee (Gregor).

You might want to contact @gregor

Good luck! Report back if you know anything.

It was not bitcoin it was ripple and it has been 2 weeks now, this is real money we are talking about. The transaction is showing complete as well . I don't understand what you are saying about the bitcoin fees having any effect on this. I just want my ripple or my money back at this point this is scary that my transaction could be lost or not completed after two weeks. U.S. Mail moves faster than that.

I know it's a different topic, but I was referring to the employee that is helping there, that being @gregor. You should contact him: he'll be able to help out.

Yes I got that. His response was it could have to do with the bitcoin fees. But that makes no sense as the transaction is showing as complete and was not bitcoin but ripple. I did get a message from Enej who said he would look into it, it has been three weeks now and my Ripple is still not in my account, I fear it may be lost for good if Enej is not able to assist. This is not something that should happen to anyone, I though the whole purpose of making the transactions open and verified for everyone to see was suppose to eliminate this as a possibility, meaning no transaction would ever get lost. I am hoping Enej will help me out and this will just be a one off mistake or something, I suppose I should count myself lucky that it was a ripple transaction and not bitcoin, the amount of money involved is not huge but it should not matter as every transaction needs to be handled with the same care and diligence.
