Othjar Posted May 23, 2017 Share Posted May 23, 2017 Hello everyone! Sorry if this is duplicated, I couldn't find anything similar D: Since yesterday I am not able to login to my Gatehub account. I sing in, then they send me a confirmation email for the new device with a link to authorize it (I guess it's because I use private navigation on firefox), I open the link as always, and then I see an "device authorized" for a second and get redirected to the login page again. Anyone is experiencing this issue? Any idea what could the problem be? I tried also with chrome. Thank you all Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Alluvial Posted May 23, 2017 Share Posted May 23, 2017 Not sure if this applies to your situation, but if you are receiving your email within a cloud, then copy the link you received from gatehub, move outside the cloud, open chrome etc and a tab, and then paste and go.
