I have been desperately trying to email GateHub to get in touch with someone but no reply yet. I feel like I should at least be notified that the deposit is still being processed. Emailed them literally every day and at one point went like 4-5 days without a answer. Then was told it was because of a national holiday. Long story short, I think they are just understaffed and its a huge problem. It ended up taking I think 5 business days for it to go through. Its cheaper to buy eth on a US exchange and transfer it to an exchange that trades ETH and XRP than it is to pay the international wire fees (or even non international wire fees). We are sorry for the troubles. I too wish international transfers were faster and banks would operate 24/7 but it is what it is. One reason more why technologies like ripple or interledger are needed. GateHub increased the staff and will continue to do so until we can keep up with the demand. You have to understand that our daily registrations increased by a factor of 60 in just few days ... Make sure you write the client number on the wire order, i write it in retardedly big digits. If you do that, it will surely go to your address. Otherwise, the money will get back to your account. As long as you wrote that clearly and you got all the right details for the corresponding bank, which is GORENJSKA BANKA D.D. KRANJ, KRANJ, the funds will arrive correctly. I understand. I know you guys weren't the only ones. I guess, its one thing for a solution to a problem to take a while but, I would recommend finding a way to have quicker initial response times. It's been more than a week and I am still trying to get a response. It is frustrating since I do not actually know where my money are at this moment.
