Eric
Can someone explain how to buy ETH on Gatehub with XRP and keep it in a wallet? rdot
Dennis
I find it best to hold investment coin on their respective native networks. To buy ETH with XRP I would set up a myetherwallet.com wallet - and safeguard your soft token. Send XRP from Gatehub to an exchange that offers a trading pair for XRP:ETH (Kraken is what I would use). Then send the XRP to your kraken account - trade into ETH - and transfer the ETH to your myetherwallet.com wallet. kiwissz

Sounds a bit complicated to me to route via Kraken if he's already got a Gatehub account. @Eric You can go to Trade page in Gatehub, try to exchange your XRP for ETH (this assumes you already have a trustline to ETH:GatehubFifth). Then go back to Wallet, Send Payment, switch to ETH and use your wallet address.
rdot
Is there some sort of doc on how to do this? Or is gatehub expecting that people will figure it out through trial and error? I looked on gatehubs site and I don't see any instructions for trading in some of your XRP for ETH.
