I'm planning an alpha-launch for a new Gateway that's bridging Steem into RCL (as discussed earlier here), by the end of this month. Before the launch, I would like to run an XRP-giveaway campaign for Steem users, so that they could get their new ripple accounts activated easily. However, due to the recent spike in XRP price, the amount needed for this giveaway would be quite costly if it's all come from my own pocket, thus I'm asking help from our community... There's only ~2000xrp given away during this period, and there's still plenty of xrp left in the account. Hence I decided to send back all the donations to their original accounts.
