Deposit from the US/Can't get a response back from Gatehub

Hi,

I have recently signed up for Gatehub. The activation process was really fast and straight forward. Following that, I went ahead and followed the instructions on how to make a deposit. I live in the US and I went to my bank to get help from a specialist. I made a wire transfer using all the information provided by Gatehub. The bank guy told me that the money gets sent in at most 1 business day. However, it has been almost 5 days since my deposit, and my funds are not there. I am just worried that the funds might not have went where they were supposed to be. I emailed Gatehub but I haven't been able to get a reply yet.

Has anyone else tried to deposit from the US ?

seems to be lots of problems getting money in and out of gatehub at the moment , think they cant cope with the huge increase in demand, would be nice if they could comment in here to put peoples mind at ease but nothing so far.

My friend told me she made a deposit to GateHub last Monday. (We're both from Europe ) She still doesn't have it in her wallet. Could be that it's her first time to make a deposit, though. And I gather it's your first time, too? It could be the reason. Cause I remember it took days as well before I got my frist deposit in my wallet. Now, when I make deposits, I get it within 1-2 days.

Thanks for the replies guys. Do you know if there's a way to see for sure that the funds have reached GateHub? 

I can cope with the waiting time, but it is in fact my first deposit as well, and I am trying to make sure I've followed the steps correctly.
